Built from a Passion for Healthcare & Community
Since 2012, PRN Healthcare Staffing, LC has been connecting great people with amazing employment opportunities while providing qualified candidates for our clients. We began by staffing health fairs in at-risk, disadvantaged, and rural communities — places with elevated emergency room visits for chronic disease, high rates of home foreclosure, and elevated unemployment. We saw a need to educate and empower people to make meaningful changes in their quality of life.
At those early health fairs, we took advantage of every teachable moment — providing point-of-care labs that gave a quick snapshot of each participant's risk factors for heart disease, diabetes, and stroke. Over time, we expanded into mental health awareness, breast cancer awareness, domestic violence awareness, women's health, teen summits, football camps, local orphanages, and group homes.
Several years later, we grew our services to include direct hire, temp-to-hire, remote human resources, and telehealth support. Today, PRN provides clinical and clerical support across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Iowa, and Pennsylvania — and we continue to expand our reach wherever great healthcare talent is needed.
In 2022, even amid the challenges of COVID-19, we launched our sister facility — Inspire Health Medical Institute — to grow the next generation of healthcare professionals right here in South Carolina. IHMI offers hands-on training programs for CNAs, EKG Technicians, and Phlebotomists, creating a direct pipeline from education to employment.
